Harvested fresh from our nearby cultivation farms, our sod rolls establish instantly without the mess and failure rate of seed sprigs.

Specific Landscaping Challenges in Greater Noida West

Landscaping in Greater Noida West requires specialized engineering techniques due to modern architectural configurations:

• Podium Landscaping over Basements: Over 70% of green areas in Noida Extension societies sit on concrete slab podiums above multi-level basements. These require lightweight engineered soil mixes (sand + vermicompost + cocopeat + perlite) laid over heavy-duty drainage cell mats and geotextile filtration layers.
• Concrete Heat Island Effect: Dense high-rise towers and concrete podiums absorb heat, causing ambient surface temperatures to spike up to 47°C in summer. Turf must possess extraordinary heat tolerance and rapid moisture uptake.
• Wind Velocity & Desiccation: Elevated podiums and terrace gardens experience continuous wind tunnels that dry out topsoil rapidly. Varieties with deep rhizome networks and moisture-retentive root mats are essential.

Installation Process for Podiums & Villa Grounds in Noida Extension

1. Base Inspection & Drainage Layer: On concrete podiums, ensure intact root-barrier waterproofing, followed by 30mm plastic drainage cell cups and 150 GSM non-woven geotextile fabric. On ground villas, clear debris and till down to 6 inches.
2. Engineered Soil Layer: Spread a 4 to 6-inch layer of lightweight growing media: 50% coarse river sand, 25% rich vermicompost, 15% topsoil, and 10% cocopeat.
3. Slope & Compaction: Lightly roll and grade the bed towards rainwater drop outlets to prevent standing water during monsoon cloudbursts.
4. Laying Grass Rolls: Unroll fresh turf rolls in staggered rows with tight, seamless joints.
5. Lightweight Rolling: Roll with a 40–50 kg roller to eliminate air gaps between turf roots and the growing bed.
6. Automated Irrigation: Set up pop-up micro-sprinklers. Water twice daily for 12 days until roots anchor securely.
